We’re delighted to announce some further free events for Lyme patients during the month of April.
Friday 9th April, 6pm
Following the popularity of our free yoga class last month, we have partnered up with Kayla at Aroga Yoga to bring you a 45 minute online class.
Kayla, who herself has suffered from chronic illness, will guide you through this gentle yoga session designed for people living with conditions such as Lyme disease, chronic pain, or chronic fatigue.
The class is done fully on the mat with poses seated, on hands and knees, or lying down and includes relaxing meditations with gentle movement.
This class is also suitable for anyone who is looking for gentle practice or experiences high levels of stress.

Wednesday 14th April, 6:30pm
Join us for a discussion and Q&A with Dr Ray Perrin on the technique he created for treatment of ME/fibromyalgia and how this might help those with Lyme.
This is a chance to learn more about this increasingly popular diagnosis and treatment pathway for symptoms relating to ME/CFS and fibromyalgia – many of the same experienced by chronic Lyme patients.
Led by Charity Manager, Rosie Milsom, they will talk about the history and scientific basis behind the Technique and how Dr Perrin claims this can be applied to help manage the symptoms of Lyme disease.
There’ll also be the chance to ask questions.
