Fancy taking on the Captain Tom 100 Challenge for Lyme disease?
What is Captain Tom 100?
This campaign marks the memory of the amazing Captain Tom. The idea is for people to dream up and complete a fundraising activity based around the number 100. They carry this out between Friday 30 April to Monday 3 May, fundraising for a charity of their choice.
Similar to the 2.6 Challenge last year, which raised £11million across the UK and over £2,000 for our charity – anything goes!
You could walk 100 laps of your garden just like Captain Tom, swim 100 lengths or sing for 100 minutes. You could bake 100 cakes , write 100 letters, or knit 100 items.
There are no rules (apart from Government guidelines on the roadmap out of lockdown) and it’s open to everyone. Do it your way and have fun!
Take on your 100 for Lyme disease research!
Why not take on a challenge and raise money for research that improves testing and treatment on the NHS? We’d be so grateful.
